Refund Policy
To accommodate various situations, we offer a full refund of the $100 deposit if you cancel your appointment at least two business days before your scheduled visit with the qualified medical provider. If you cancel within two business days of your appointment, the deposit will no longer be refundable. However, you may reschedule your appointment one time at a mutually agreed upon date and time.
If you miss a second appointment for any reason, there will be no refund of the deposit.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment with our qualified medical provider, please contact our office and speak with our front desk scheduler.
Once you have seen the provider, your purchase is NOT REFUNDABLE as the service has been rendered.
